Rescript Psychology was formed in Calgary, Alberta by a group of experienced therapists who have been serving the community of Calgary and Area for over 20 years.

Our team specializes in working with trauma and PTSD through a variety of modalities. We have ample experience in working with high conflict families, families involved with Children’s Services, Individuals that have experience trauma and now suffer with PTSD and chronic pain, children that have been exposed to violence, adolescents struggling with self image and eating disorders, complex mental health and addiction, and couples experiencing high conflict.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a form of psychotherapy with roots in existing evidence-based therapies but shown to achieve benefits much more rapidly (usually within 1-10 sessions).

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy facilitates the accessing and processing of traumatic memories and other adverse experiences to bring these to adaptive resolution.
Play therapy is a form of therapy used primarily for children, however, adolescents and adults can also benefit from using it. It involves toys, sand tray, musical instruments, crafting and arts. Children can express themselves through play therapy and process through traumatic events.
